I have run into problems with Windows Defender. Apparently it can't scan for updates and show me the quarantine or allowed files etc.
I also can't change settings such as "Use this program" or "Use Real-Time Protection", through the Settings tab.
When I try to scan for updates, it gives me an error saying that it cannot check for Definition Updates or Spyware and I should check my internet connection and retry. Error Code: 0x80004004
Also when I try to change any settings such as "Use this program" it gives me an error saying "Class not registered"
Error Code: 0x80040154
It can scan the computer though, but that alone is useless.
I don't have any other Antivirus software installed.
Your help would be highly appreciated.

PS. My computer has a different language of windows installed, so my error descriptions may not be 100% accurate. That's why I also provide the error codes, which should clear things out.
