Windows defender not showing virus and threat protection

Yo guys, I just reset my PC and when I open windows defender there is no Virus and threat protection option. Then I reset my PC gain and logged in with an alt and still there was no option. Here's what it says -Page not availableYour IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app, and the itemyou tried to access is not available. Contact IT helpdesk for more information.I have no IT helpdesk. I tried updating it but the update doesn't open. Please help.
