Windows Defender not opening in Win 11 Eval Build 22581

So i'm running into an issue when trying to open windows defender where it prompts me to download something from the Microsoft store. I tried opening Powershell as well but it will not open either (as administrator either). I'm sure it's just a temporary bug but anything that I can do to fix this?
