Windows Defender / MRT crashes during full scan

Windows 11 x64 Pro 23H2 22631.3810AMD Ryzen 5 3600 32 GB RAM (i recently purchase new add on of ram, my ram was 3600mhz down to 4x 3200mhz now)Samsung NvMe 400gbNvidia Geforce GTX 1660 SuperWhen I try to run a quick scan, it doesn't work.
