Windows Defender is Not Working/Not opening in Windows 11 - Tried almost all solutions but yet not solved.

Hi to all the Microsoft Community, I need your precious suggestions and solutions on a problem which is not being solved yet even I have tried all the solutions available on internet and on YouTube but still the issue is remain here which is I have just purchased Dell Vostro 15-3515 (Ryzen 5) system and recently I got an update for Windows 11 Pro, I updated it in excitement but now I am unable to open "Windows Defender" on Windows 11 Pro, tried all registry editor, cmd and powershell etc. solutions but the issue can`t solved yet.Please cooperate with me to find the solution for the issue am fa
