Windows Defender Identified a Threat, After Removing the file and extensive scanning, the threat continues to pop up. How do I clear the WD alert?

This file below was identified as a threat. I had Windows Defender remove it and conducted extensive scans. At this point I believe Defender has deleted the file and I am getting the alert in error. I followed this advice in a previous post but do not have the permissions on my own computer to follow the guidance from DaveM121 to delete the contents of the Service folder but I did not have permission.I was able to follow his advice to delete the Windows Defender log through event viewer but I am still getting a pop up that a threat is there.
