Windows Defender gives a massage: Preliminary scan results show that a malicous or potentially unwanted software might exist on your computer system. You can review detected items when scan is complete. After a full or quick scan no details are available. There was one in Quarantine a short tim ago. I removed it. However my computer has been acting very poorly since. I suspect a virus is within my system. How can I find out the suspected malicious software and remove it?
