Windows Defender full scan identified Potentially Unwanted App Found - But looks like MS update item.

I performed a Windows Defender full scan. Potentially Unwanted App Found - there were 2. They both appear to be the same. ID is 6CED0DAA-4CDE-BA3A-AE163DC3D7AF When I look at the certificate is says issued by Microsoft Windows Production. Valid date 5/5/2022 through 5/4/2023. PCA 2011. There is other information available, but I can't seem to use Snipit to do a screen shot. I am then asked if I want to allow the application to make changes to the system. I'm not sure what this means, or whether I should agree to allow the system to make changes.I forgot to mention that I am using W11 Pro and I

my windows defender keep finding a threat but I can't remove it nor quarantine it. It shows unwanted app but when I click on remove it does nothing
