Actually the computer is an older Dell, it was operating slow, I did a restart to try and get into safe mode, upon reboot the blue screen of death appeared. I ran through all the Dell Diagnostics in which none worked to repair the issue. The only option left was a backup/recovery. Well this reset the operating system back the Windows 8.1 and it did create a backup file with .inp files. Dell support would not help, computer was too old. I Took it over to Geek Squad, they ran a Dell recovery program. They determined the files were corrupted. I took it back reloaded Windows 10 and some apps. Aft
