windows defender for wp8.1

From my understanding,there is not Windows Defender for my Nokia 630 WP 8.1. What can I use to scan my phone for viruses? A Microsoft product that is. My phone is starting to act weird. It keeps going to low on brightness and is stalling, like right now as I type.
