A week ago, my computer has a loud alarm and I got an error message said your data is at a serious risk. There is a system file missing due to some harmful virus debug malware error, windows system failure: "333 registry failure, operating system-host: blue screen error 0x000000CE, call help line: 800-524-1786 they asked for $250 and said they are Microsoft certified technician. This problem happened second time.
My anti-antivirus and IE was collapsed for a period of time.
Although my computer is working now, but my documents on desk top has been changed. I found My Network Access Protection status is still off and shows MSN is changed. So I tried to turn it on, but I couldn’t. I got the following message when I tried to turn on my Windows Defender and start the services. Is there anyone can tell me how to fix it? I tried all and none of them works. I wonder if my anti- Antivirus software turns it off or my computer is hacked already. Please help and advise. my email: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** Do I have to reinstall? How to get my Windows Defender service back?
"The windows defender service on local computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs“
