Window's Defender detects a virus on a disk i don't have

Whenever I right-click and examine ANY file using windows defender I get this message: PUABlunder:Win32/CandyOpenAlert level: Low Status: Active Category: Potentially Unwanted Software Details: This program has Potentially Unwanted Behavior Affected Items: F:\cdbxp_setup_4.5.2.4255.exeWindows defender is not being able to perform actions, because whenever i remove it or quarantine it, it comes back again. What's really confusing is the fact that i don't have an F:/ disk so what does that mean? Is the virus in my computer or not?
