Windows Defender cannot be disabled

Hi,I did a fresh install of Windows 11 Pro and noticed a constant CPU load of about 10-15 ~ due to Windows Defender. This CPU load disappears when I remove my USB hard disk. Finding no other option, I disabled Windows Defender and installed Avast Antivir instead. However, after the next restart, Windows Defender is back in the Task Manager again with CPU load.Wie kann ich Windows Defender komplett abschalten?
