Windows cut and paste problem on Windows 11

On Windows 11, when you want to cut or past you have to click on more options. How do I fix this? I find it annoying that I have to even ask this questiIon. I don't want to do keyboard shot cuts or click on some icons. I figure it is somewhere in a sub menu or something. Microsoft has done some annoying things over the years, but this is really one of the worst.
