Windows current user account location country

I am from Australia & have never lived anywhere else. For some reason, I I go to Control Panel > Regions & the Administrative tab,, the location of the current user is showing as Tuvalu.I have tried to change it & I don't seem to be able to delete it, even though I have an Australian address set as my preferred shipping & billing address. I purchased a new laptop (ASUS Zenbook), have not had my own computer for some time now.Because my user location does not match my credit card country, I cannot purchase anything on the Microsoft Store.
