I also had this problem and found this page:Windows created a temporary paging file - pop up whenever i restart my - Microsoft CommunityFollowing those directions helped temporarily. In my case I had the page file on D: instead of C: where Windows originally put it. I moved it back to C:, rebooted the machine and then deleted the file on D:. Next, I reset the pagefile to D: and restarted the computer again and the annoying message had returned. So, I put it back to C:, erased the file on D: and now the message is gone. The only reason I can come up with is both drives have Bitlocker on and D:
