Been having an issue with this computer I was given.Every so often, at any point while in use, the computer freezes with the mouse not moving. It'll stay like this for a few minutes, then either go to a bluescreen with a watchdog error, or just go black, switch off and restart. There's never any warning, and it can happen within 5 minutes of beginning to use the PC, or not happen until I've been using it for 5 hours. There's no rhyme or reason.I saw a lot of things about updating drivers, which I believe I've done (although I'm not a techy girl, so I can't be certain), however still no ball.I
