Windows crashing, BSOD caused by ntkrnlmp.exe

Hello, I need to fix a problem that has been affecting my computer for years, I don't even know when it started, I've just ignored it up until now. I have multiple BSODs, for different reasons, but always on the ntkrnlmp.exe driver, which at this point, I'm convinced is some hardware component, but I can't figure out which one. WHEN HAPPENS? NEVER happens in games. At least once a day during regular use (web browsing and editing text). ALWAYS happens on the login screen.
