Windows crashing and unbootable after performing Diagnostic Startup

Hey,I need help. My system got unbootable after using Diagnostic startup. It now only goes through boot loader phase and either crashes or gets stuck on another booting phase. During my attemps to fix the system, I may have damaged the COMPONENTS and DRIVERS registry hives after restoring wrong files. I don't have any real backups, so I can't rely on that. I tried command line tools DISM, SFC from Recovery Environment. I can use another computer for following any instructions.I uploaded files for troubleshooting.
