Windows crashes while booting after Blue screen of death

Morning, my frequently used PC Setup crashed this afternoon. I was just using Steam, did nothing special the last few weeks and I got a Blue Screen of death with code Machine check exception. -> I know, that this is indicative of a hardware error.
