WINDOWS CONTROL PANEL GLITCH

I am facing an issue with my CONTROL PANEL.I installed AVIRA PRIME yesterday. and ran SYSTEM SPEED UP PRO. (I have KASPERSKY PLUS too).....I selected the HYPER-BOOST optimization for faster startup time (ngl idk why I did it even though my system has a Ryzen 9 5900x)once the optimization was completed, I remembered that 'I gotta remove an app from my pc rn'NOW THE REAL THING HAPPENED.once I opened the control panel, The scene was completely different.you can have a look here in the ss attachedAs you can see. THE DATE MODIFIED IS MISSING FOR ALLTYPE IS MISSING.is there any way to get it back?I
