Windows constantly "finding" new drives already in external USD dock.

So I have a rather odd issue. I just built my new PC with the latest AMD CPU (ASRock X870E Nova motherboard, Ryzen 7 9800X3D, 64GB DDR5 Ram), and upgraded everything. But now, for some reason I can not explain, twice a day...once in the morning, and again at night....Windows does that "found new hardware" tone and opens up all my externally attached USB drives as if they have never been connected before at all. My WD 8TB drive, and a 4 drive USB external doc just suddenly open up windows for ALL drives out of the blue. I can not figure out what is causing this, or keep it from happening.
