Windows completely frozen

Everyone, My PC is completely frozen. After I log into windows, I cannot do anything apart from navigating between folders. No app can be opened or program can be run. I cannot do ctrl + alt + del nor Windows + R (After I open this, and click something nothing happens). I cannot open google, or open program manager to uninstall programs. The only way to turn the PC off is through a hard reset, since by clicking on restart or power off does not work.I believe this may be caused by One Drive, since this problem arose when I installed it on my PC.
