Windows Clipboard history pinned items gone after last update on Jan 28 2025

After the last Windows update my clipboard history has been wiped of all pinned items. Windows key +V failed to bring up the history. I rebooted and the empty clipboard history is what appears now. Can I recover my pinned items? They have survived several OS updates but now they are gone. I have Windows 11 Pro 24H2 OS Build 26100.3037 Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.48.0.
