so this happened some weeks ago after i did a pc reset. the leading theory i have is that i messed with something in the uefi settings while booting so bad that it did this. and i have tried trouble shooting looking for corrupted files via cmd reinstalling windows resetting uefi settings to normal. nothing works at all and this hinders me in using the media player as well as playing some games. when i try to trouble shoot my windows activation it just gets interrupted and says i need to get support which is what i have resorted to now. the error code i get while trouble shooting is these two.
