Windows cannot save WiFi credentials but can connect, WPS, WPA2E and Hotspot fail

System will not work with WPS.Passcode can be entered to connect to wifi, which will work. But once disconnected from wifi password need to be re-entered.This do not require re-log. System do not have any saved network, nor can either user create any.Mobile Hotspot Does not work. Nor does WPA2-Enterprise.Killer 1535 a/n/ac. UEFI boot.
