Windows cannot repair, only offers to shut down or reset

Hello,I have a problem with a computer, recently it started to have a problem with the graphic card and while a new one is on the way, I started to use an older one that works fine, but now the bigger problem is that when I boot up the pc, it automatically tries to repair (even though it worked just fine the last time I used it) and only offers the options to shut down or the reset, at some point it showed a button named "advanced options or reset" but I was a bit afraid to lose all my data so I didn't try it, but now only "reset" appears.is there any manipulation to enter safe mode or to go b
