"Windows cannot find name.jpg file. Make sure you typed the name correctly.". problem. How to fix this?

I had a lot of files stored in the C drive. I decided to install a software but it wouldn't install due to lack of storage. So I moved a folder from C drive to D drive(which was almost empty at that moment). The file was from Users folder and had the laptop's name on it. After I did this, my desktop apps disappeared and caused many changes overall. Now I wanted to open a photo which was and is stored in E drive. But everytime I try to open it, it shows and error and prints "Windows cannot find name.jpg file. Make sure you typed the name correctly.". How to solve this? Also to mention my "My PC
