I got the laptop a few weeks ago it worked fine for a few days then all of a sudden I would turn the laptop on and I would login like normal then it would just be a black screen. Sometimes if I just sit on the black screen it would go back to normal but every time I tried to play a game or use something other than google I would get the “windows cannot access the specified path or file” error. I tried to reset my computer but it would just say error so I tried to use a usb to restart it but it says I can’t because bit locked is active and when I try to turn it off it gives me an error.
