Windows button is sleepy(slow)

Why is it everytime I turn around there is something new that is messed up with windows. this time, after a fresh install, The Windows button, system tray start menu icon and subsequent menu Are slow. almost often times unresponsive. it takes 5 or more slicks to bring up the start menu. Almost as if M$ doesnt want me to use it because I removed the search bar and disabled other features on my desktop that they deemed necessary; step counter, heart rate monitor, camera, face recognition, AI, and edge.
