I turned my laptop off and got this error message after what the screen was blue but I recovered and everything seems to be fine except my mouse which is not working anymore can someone help me troubleshoot the problem and fix the mouse problem too?I tried sfc /scannow it identified some corrupted files, I tried "chkdsk C: /f /r /x", and I did a memory diagnostic which didn't identify any problems. these are my dmp files:061824-17546-01.zip.Thanks in advance!
