Windows boots very long after logging in

Hello everyone,so yesterday a new issue occured:My PC starts normal but after typing in my pin, it takes a very long time before everything works. All I can see is a white loading screen with a blue loading symbol. I can open Task Manager, the mouse works etc.I already updated my BIOS, the problem is still there though, so I assume it is a Windows Issue.This is what it looks like after entering my pin, after loading for more than a minute everything seems to be fine:I haven't read about similiar issues so far,Thanks in advance for the help.
