windows Boot Issue

It took me almost 4hours to boot my laptop. Reliability monitor does not show me anything useful as to why the laptop didn't boot.here is a dmp file where the error was "windows stopped working"windows dump - Google Drive, m laptop's display died and i'm using an external monitor using HDMI which only works with the laptop's dedicated GPU, which means i can't see BIOS or safe mode since there will be no video output if the GPU drivers doesn't load.
