Windows Blue screens on strart up

Hello, When I went to start my PC I ran into a problem i havent encountered before. My PC would get stuck on a black screen with a blue loading cursor. After waiting for 10 minutes I decided to restart it. I did this until I eventually landed on the startup repair page. I decided to roll back a windows quality update to see if this would solve the problem. But after that my PC would always blue screen the moment the startup was finished. The error reads CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED. Then the screen goes back to startup repair. When selecting any of the troubleshooting optuons none seem to work. I eve
