Windows blue screening with 2 sticks of ram installed, works with 1 in any slot and both sticks work as long as they are on their own.

Hello I get BSOD's when trying to boot into windows with multiple BSOD messages too many to name but they often mention memory. However when I reach the recovery screen this error message is important to note: “Windows could not load because a required file is missing or contains errors”File: \windows\system32\winload.exe. Error code: 0xc0000225The ram is the same model from the same brand with the same timings and speed as they came in the same packaging. I am aware of which slots to put the ram in as well.Specs:i5 8600k, MSI Z370 Sli Plus, RTX 3060TI, 16GB DDR4 Corsair Vengence 3200MHZ
