Windows Blue screen of death after opening from sleep

Hi, I left my computer on sleep and when I opened the lid back up it got into BSON. I was able to gather some information out of that screen.
Cause: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

Program: amdkmdag.sys

I regularly update my system and my drivers show up to date too.

Please help, this is happening everytime I leave my system for more than 1 hour on sleep.
