Hello,After having many problems with the WIFI which spends its time disconnecting itself, I tried to use the Windows error resolution utility. It offered me a restore of a backup point. I did this restoration but it didn't change anything, I then tried safe mode but nothing either. Following this, as soon as I try to start the PC, I have a blue screen with the message "Critical Process Died". Impossible to do anything. In the "automatic repair" options which are automatically proposed after 2 attempts to restart in error, I tried everything but absolutely no option works.I have the impression
