Windows black screen after log in

I recently saw that I couldn’t access my laptop due to a black screen appearing after logging in. I can still use the cursor and access task manager and have tried things like running explorer.exe, etc.I can’t reset the pc or units all the latest feature and quality updates as it continuously runs in to problems when doing so, I also can’t roll back to an earlier version as I have none saved.Are there any other options I can try?
