Windows bitlocker locked out

Hi, I was having trouble with internet connection not working on my Asus Zenbook UX433F laptop and not able to figure it out so tried to enter diagnostic mode, however in this process I have entered a nightmare. In the process of rebooting my windows pin and password were somehow reset so I could no longer login. When trying to get around this it asked for my Bitlocker recovery key, which I have now learnt was unfortunately likely affiliated to my university email address which is now closed and I do not have access to.
