Windows automatically changed my Sign In method and now I can't log in

Yesterday, Windows automatically changed my sign in method from PIN to Microsoft account.When I click on Sign In, I am prompted with the "We'll send you a verification code to [MY OUTLOOK ADDRESS]" message. After I click "Send", there's no code incoming. I have checked everywhere in my Outlook, I even sent a mail from my Google address to Outlook and I receive those mails just fine.Now, the real problem.
