I recently got my laptop factory reset because I messed up with the passwords. Before factory reset my device was running on windows 11 Core Single Language, I got this update around 2 years ago as my device came with windows 10 pre installed. After factory reset again my laptop was installed with windows 10, so i upgraded it to windows 11 using the windows 11 installation agent. But after factory reset (i.e before upgrading also and after upgrading also) I am getting a constant option when i right click saying to activate windows - office, on clicking which it opens terminal and provides this
