Windows Audio Service is stopped when connecting ANY webcam (A FIX)

Hi All,I am actually posting this because I found a solution for this problem if anyone else is having the same problem. This was solved a year ago in a Reddit post, and it took me days to find it. I actually contacted Microsoft, Asus (laptop manufacturer), and Logitech (for the webcam), and none of them were even aware this is a problem. Also, this has been a problem for at least a year, probably longer and no one has bothered to fix it. The problem is that when you connect any web cam, I have used Logitech and a Razer webcam and this happens with both. I have seen posts elsewhere online
