Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation high CPU usage

So starting off process called "Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation" or i guess the other name "audiodg.exe" is causing problems on my pc when ever i start using my audio devices, like joining a Discord call the "Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation" will boost in CPU usage from 0% to 36% and ram will go from like 20mb/s to 800mb/s and it will be like that for awhile and might even crash the whole damn audio service to the point troubleshoot cant fix it and ill have to restart my pc.This all started about few weeks ago when i updated my Win11 with the latest updates.
