Windows attempt to install Windows 11 failed as a result Windows 10 became deactivated

Windows update suggested to move from Windows 10 to Windows 11, I agreed. The procedure failed and as a result Windows 10 became deactivated and all tempts using usual methods to activate it failed. In addition it blocked Office 2010 that run on my computer claiming that I do not have a license and not accepting the legal activation code. I talked with a member of Microsoft support team who took over my computer but also failed. Please help me.
