Windows Assesment tool found Multiple drivers

Hello,Lately i've been trying to debug an issue ocurring with my computer where the system locks up. I've done basically every single first ocurrent step such as clean boot, updating BIOS, updating drivers, hardware test (Memtest, OCCT) changing PSU and so on. But this isn't the issue since i narrowed it down to either a motherboard failure or a USB device failure.In any case i've been checking driver failure and today i found about the Windows Assesment toolkit.
