Windows apps have problems with my Microsoft account

Every time i open Xbox, Microsoft store or even Minecraft launcher - i get such type of message (in picture)Im not getting more options to log in into my account, just this "Send code" while it reffers to same address and still im not getting any messages which is kinda weird. Can i relate it to russian phone number i had linked since these not working anymore?
