windows activation

I'm having trouble activating windows 11 after I recently purchased a gaming pc, I unboxed it and everything looked fine till I try and turn it on I wasn't getting any display or keyboard or mouse inputs. so I decided to do a quick google and it recommended to make sure the ram sticks are seated properly. turns out they weren't seated correctly, pc then turns on and works normally but now I'm getting error code 0xc004f211. I've contacted the pc builder support page and they said I had to have someone from Microsoft register the motherboard with my product key.
