Windows Activation Suddenly Appearing, Purchased March 2024 On Amazon

Hello, I need some assistance. I booted up my computer a few weeks ago and the Activate Windows watermark suddenly appeared as if I don't own a registry key. I purchased a Windows 11 Home product key on Amazon directly from the Microsoft store in March of 2024. This PC is a custom-built CD so I had entered the key manually. I haven't installed any new hardware, the Windows activation troubleshooter is not working either, and I tried the CMD with this command to see my product key "wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey" and it's not showing up, either.
