windows activation problem

hi, today i changed my pc's motherboard and processor and i have problems with the activation, when i entered the activation code everything went well but after updating the bios of the new motherboard (b860 gaming plus wifi) i noticed that windows is no longer active. When i try to redo the activation it goes into error with the activation code 0x803fa067. How can i solve the problem?
