Windows Activation issues

[Windows 11]

Hi,I'm having issues with windows activation. so here is what's goin on, i had an hp pavilion gaming desktop that ran on windows 11 but one day i went to turn it on and it didn't boot turns out one of the ram slots gave up so i tried to boot it with only one stick but it would only boot loop in automatic repair. i assumed it was related to the dead ram slot and got a new ASUS motherboard and a new case but kept my m.2, old ram(had a friend test it in his pc to make sure it was ok), GPU and CPU and my 1tb SSD i installed a while ago. after getting it back together i turned it on and it continue
